Submit a real problem

One paragraph and an email is enough — name is optional. Problems4Us is a public directory of operator problems. Today it is early: most catalog items were aggregated from public sources as scaffolding, paying customers are zero, and verified community submissions are effectively none. We do not promise a fix. We do publish approved, verified problems for builders to find.

Submissions can become public, search-indexed pages under the name you choose. If your text includes identifying or sensitive detail, we will email you a privacy rewrite and wait for your choice before publishing either version. After you submit, use submission status with your reference number to track verification and go-live.

One paragraph is enough. What is broken, who feels it, and what you have already tried. Do not paste passwords, API keys, or private contact details.

Where should we reach you?

Email is required. We send a receipt right away, and we confirm the address before your problem is published. No account needed — this is the only identity field on this screen.
